I just love how these corporate guys like to downplay harsh corporate actions with jargon. Nowadays sabatical is called "rejuvenate"... lol.

Dubbed as the "Staff Rejuvenation Programme", remuneration benefits such as medical, increments and bonuses will be pro-rated based on the programme duration.

"It is believed that the programme is aimed at staff on the investment banking side, which is feeling the impact of the economic downturn," said a source.
